Terms of Service

1. Nature of the service

Kinh Dịch is a reflective thinking and self-exploration tool based on ancient I Ching philosophy. The service is for reference and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or any other form of professional advice.

Divination results should not be used as the sole basis for important life decisions.

2. Account data retention

For users who sign in with an account, AkiNet stores certain service-usage data (for example, cast history and AI readings) in order to improve system quality and to support and resolve customer issues when needed.

For accounts that have made a real-money top-up transaction, we cannot fully delete account data upon request, for financial audit and legal-compliance retention reasons. Only accounts with no top-up history can be fully deleted/anonymized.

3. Conditions of use

By using this service, you agree not to use the website for any illegal, harmful, or rights-infringing purpose. You are solely responsible for all decisions you make based on information from this service.

4. Preventing multi-account abuse

The Kinh Dịch system does not allow creating multiple accounts to abuse free-tier limits. We run undisclosed monitoring based on device, IP address, and other signals; if abuse is detected, we may take appropriate action without prior notice.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or uninterrupted availability of the service. Kinh Dịch does not guarantee any specific outcome from the use of this service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AkiTao and Kinh Dịch shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use this service.

7. Intellectual property

All content, design, source code, and creative assets on this website are the property of AkiTao and Kinh Dịch. Copying, redistributing, or creating derivative works without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Invite Friends program

Every account has its own invite code on the Invite friends page. The program has one level only: you earn rewards from the people who enter your code directly, and nothing from people they invite.

Rewards are earned only when the invited person completes a successful Star top-up. Signing up or signing in does not count.

On their first top-up, the invited person gets 30% extra of the Stars in the pack they bought. On every top-up they make, the inviter gets 30% extra Stars and 50% of the amount paid. Rates apply to the pack price and exclude bonus Stars included in the pack. Stars are credited immediately; cash goes into a separate commission wallet, apart from the Star wallet.

An invite link is valid for 1 year from the moment the invited person enters the code. After it expires, rewards stop and the invited person cannot attach a code from someone else. A code can be entered once, and only on a new account (under 7 days old, with no Star top-up yet).

Cash commission is paid by bank transfer after the akidev meeting held on day 2 of every month, from 20:00 to 21:00, once per person per period. The meeting belongs to akidev (akidev.org) and is not run by Kinh Dịch. You must attend the meeting and have a commission wallet balance of 100.000đ or more.

Creating several accounts to profit from invite codes is prohibited. We scan automatically using device, IP address and other signals. When we detect it, we may cancel rewards and lock all related accounts without prior notice.
